BJ's Tire Center

"Who hired these people. In my opinion and experience the staff is so careless. While I was driving to the tire center the staff pulled up another customers car right in my car, mind you he parked and drove on the wrong side of the road, and left the car there where I was about to turn into to park my car. Rude. As we go in we drop our car off, he just asked for confirmation number and to fill out form. Did not explain anything. Nothing about how long will it take, Warrenty, nothing. I left my car, I HAD TO CALL THEM 2 hours later. BECAUSE no on called to tell me if my car was ready. When I got there, he just made me sign the paper and that's it. I asked him so.... Is everything okay? Is there Warrenty? I had so much questions for him but he was like lazy or showed no interest in his job, blah, I would say...."

"The tire guys broke my car’s rear windshield and tail lights while installing new tires I purchased from them. They didn’t even give me a physical report of the in incident. I had to call the police to make a report. We’ll see how it plays out with their insurance."

"I wish that I can read them a zero but the app will not allow me to. They do not have anyone who works here that can actually work on or serviced tires other than changing all tires and putting on new tires. There is never a time that you can go there and not wait for at least a half an hour before you even see someone in the lobby who works there. I was told that they only service tires that were bought at BJ’s but the Watchung and Edison BJ’s were both able to help regardless of where you buy the tires. Customer service Here is atrocious. Don’t waste your time if you need tire service and you want to go to BJ’s find a different one."
