"We have been coming to this practice for years. All of the staff has always been good but unfortunately we are going to find another provider. Read the reviews, exceptionally long wait times are a big problem here. Every time we have an appointment we have to wait for an hour before seeing anyone. I have almost walked out in frustration every single time. I am here today with my 91 year old mother and this is the last straw."

"I called before coming so we were a work in appointment after picking up a sick child from school and the regular pediatrician was booked solid before the holiday. Everyone was nice despite being busy, the MD is going to be on call over the holidays that we saw and made sure I knew how to reach out if needed as well as what to expect tonight. They were quick to take swabs and get results. I put my youngest down for a nap before heading out and was back not too long after wake up which was great because my sick child threw up in the bathroom before leaving the practice and we made it home before traffic got backed up or my child threw up again."

"Staff is nice enough but having pediatric patients wait over an hour before even being put in an exam zoom and then another half hour to be seen for a SCHEDULED appointment is an issue. Unfortunately, this has been the case more than once. EDIT: While the above review is still accurate, I did receive a call from Dr. Blair after our appointment and he apologized for the wait time and frustration; assuring me this is something they are working to change for their pediatric patients. I appreciated him taking the time to reach out and the sincerity."

"We're new to the area and don't have a family practice yet. My son was sick and missed a couple days of school without any signs of getting better, so we walked in around 3 in the afternoon (after being told by another "urgent care" in the area they weren't taking any more patients even though their waiting room was empty and were open for another hour). They got him checked in immediately, he was seen in a reasonable amount of time for a walk-in, and I was very happy with the care he received. I definitely recommend this place!"

"This office is great - I moved to the area recently & was assigned Dr. Hailee Martin through Tricare. She is so smart, patient, and caring. The nurses are also so sweet and great at their job. I fainted while they attempted to draw my blood & they took great care of me AND took extra precautions to avoid that when I came back for a redo. I appreciate this staff so much! Their online platform also makes communicating and scheduling very easy. Highly recommend :)"
