"Horrible experience. 1st time at this location I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. I’m walking around looking for the wall flowers.. no one still didn’t ask if I needed anything. I found them on my own.. So I got to the front I asked a cashier, are there any workers on the floor cos no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. & she goes to say she’s in the front. Well clearly she’s not doing her job if I wasn’t greeted to even know if there was anyone working. I found what I wanted cashed out & the girl in the front still didn’t say anything. Horrible customer service. Making this location look very bad. I won’t go here again. Horrible"

"I love this store. Amazing scents! My laundry smells super fresh, body soaps are wonderful and I love the shower body oil. If you haven't tried it yet, go get yourself some. Staff are always friendly and recommend great items."

"I love them at Bath and Body! They are great. Some of the staff at the Blvd location are super friendly and there are a few that aren't but overall to run in and grab what I need it great. Picking up an online order is a little hassle sometimes as they are a little confused and have a process that seems harder than it should be but it might have been the day I did it."

"Anytime I go to Bath&Body, the workers are extremely pleasant and helpful. I wish I got the name of the woman that was chatting with me, all I remember is that she said she worked at mighty taco before lol. But she was SO nice and friendly! As I was waiting in line to check out she was helping another lady at the register get the best deal she could get with coupons (from what I’ve eavesdropped at least). It’s little acts like that that keep customers coming back. She seems like a very lovely lady a joy to work with."
