"This dentist office has gotten worst over the years. I have been a reoccurring patient and never had this issue. I waited almost two hours and when i got in the room the dentists said nothing to me for about 5 mins . She then clicked around on the computer and pulled out her phone to type on it while she was asking me questions. The she did not wash her hands when she proceeded to do my check up. She also did not lay me back to throughly to exam me and just said i was fine. ( I came here prior and knew i needed work done but the previous dentist was no longer here ). I told the front desk i would like to see another dentist but they said none was available today."

"This place is horrible I do not recommend this place to anybody unless they don't have a choice. The wait time is ridiculously long for 2-3 hours. Even when you're done you have to wait more until they call you back in to make another appointment. I had to take my mother to this place to get her teeth fixed. First thing they did was a root canal. After were the crowns only for them to cancel on us. I understand it's an emergency, but for someone like me who works and has to take a limited amount of days off not only for dentists, but for other doctors to take my mother too as well since she doesnt know how to take trains or busses, it is really an inconvenience. Especially when you live far. I would have to reschedule 2 weeks later only for it to be cancelled again. That long wait time only made my mother's teeth even worse to fix. My mother could only eat soft or mashed food and all of a sudden her tooth fell. They couldnt even take out that tooth that day said have to schedule another appointment just to take the tooth. Not only that they take you in they discuss a plan for you, but they failed to realize that you are already in a plan, wasting even more time to get things done. They did it twice with my mother and I. We didn't know which dentist we were seeing when we got or who our main dentist was."

"I had to wait over two hours for a consultation.Which a conservation is really only fifteen minutes It wasn't until I was ready to go that I was called in to be seen. One hour to take x rays and another hour to be seen was the breakdown. And the healthcare was vastly different as i'm originally from manhattan and coming in to brooklyn seeking healthcare services that my insurance provided me with. Which when you try to call you can't get through the line and redirected to send emails for appointment. The worst part for me as a patient coming into a clinic is seeing the staff whisper behind the desk that they don't know how these Patient are going to be seen. And watching people start to complain about When are they going to be seen. I would have liked to been told when I came in if there was gonna be a long wait."

"Absolute WORSE business I’ve ever experienced! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff! I would have an easier time getting Jesus on the phone than a member of this staff! HOURS wait with an appt! I’ve had to actually go to the office to ask a question because they don’t answer their phone & take DAYS to respond to an email! I shared my experience w my insurance & suggested they be removed as a provider! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!"
