Jade Garden

"I ordered from Jade Garden through the beyond menu website. My order was put in at 6:52pm with an ETA of 7:23pm. By the time it was 7:51pm I called to check on my order, they said the driver already left. 8:30pm rolls around & I still did not get my food so I called again. They tell me the driver already left & that he had other deliveries. Ilive a 2min drive or 9min walk from this restaurant. How many freaking orders do you have in the area that my food didnt arrive til 8:40pm? Almost 2 damn hours I waited while my household was hungry. Absolutely ridiculous."

"It’s okay. Got a few different dishes. None of them very flavorful. Quick food. Broccoli and veggies were crisp. That was good. It’s a walk up place. No seating."

"The food is okay. The store it could use some cleaning. Everything is clutter and looks dirty but that most nyc stores anyway. I notice I always get three different prices for food when I order. For example I order my food from the menu which shows the price, when i call they tell me a different price and when I pick up the food I get told a different price, each time increases. They are lucky the are only Chinese restaurant close by without walking or driving too far or else I would go somewhere else."

"Have seen a few reviews before considering to get something from there! My experience- They have overall good quality food for the money. As well really kind people working there. Humble Note toward other reviewer’s- Everyone has their good and bad days, so if someone experiences some uneventful customer service experience with them! Let the food be the judge before reviewing."
