"I would recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. I have had bad experiences with diagnostic consultation from primary care, bad phlebotomy care, wrong information about health insurance acceptance and billing, being told by a customer support member the wrong information about a prescription because they wanted to hurry the call along while interrupting me the whole way. This has been hands down the worst primary care clinic I have used. I dread every interaction I have with them about my healthcare at this time and am actively transitioning away from their office. They were the only available practice in the area at the time taking new patients and they will speak volumes to you about why that is."
"I had a good experience with this practice. My husband needed a next day appointment for urgent urinary infection. His primary doctor wasn't available, but the person setting an appointment was very patient, and offered by herself to find another doctor for next day. Then when I called the next morning, and asked variety of questions regarding a video appointment options, another staff member was very patient and answered all my silly questions with calm, and respect. We ended up keeping the in-person appointment. The check-in went very smoothly and quickly, as there were 3 check-in stations. My husband was seen by the doctor right on time. Thanks!"
