With this most recent purchase, the carrier placed something very heavy on the delivery box and the inside packaging collapsed during shipping, flattening the hat. There was no preventive layer between the hat and the delivery box. I was disappointed as soon as I saw the delivery box. Hopefully I can reshape the hat."
