ANTHEM style + gift

"My friend and I visited anthem for the first time this afternoon. I had been wanting to try this store for a while but unfortunately won't be returning as the sales associates created a very unwelcome environment. The entire time we were there, we were followed around the small store by both employees. Every time I moved to look at a new display, one of the employees would move right next to me, ostensibly to refold some shirts or straighten out merchandise. It made us feel very uncomfortable, like they were expecting us to steal something. The clothes were very cute but this interaction did not put me in the mood to purchase anything and I don't plan on returning."

"This store has great merchandise but the least helpful staff. The girls are very sweet when they ring you up but I have never been asked what I'm looking for or if they can help me and I have shopped here many times. I'm not sure if this is a generational thing or lack of training but I wish the owner would acknowledge this and work with their staff."
