"Last night my GrubHub account was hacked and an order placed with Wing Hing. I called the restaurant within minutes to explain that this was a fraudulent order and the woman who answered did not care. So I contacted GrubHub and reported it. Then I called the restaurant back to follow up and the same woman told me that the order was still being cooked and not ready for pick up. I explained one more time to her that it was a fraudulent order. But again she again did not care. I then advised her not to give that order to anyone and to check ID of the person picking it up. I live in Florida. I am not in NYC. Please consider my complaint serious. I seriously recommend not to continue caring on business with that restaurant. I will never use GrubHub either. And to the lady who so rudely disrespectfully disregarded my phone call, you can expect a copy of this very complaint everywhere."
