"The office staff was so helpful. I had a problem with my insurance and they helped me research it. Unlike other offices, they didn't speak too quickly, use jargon or rush the conversation. I got in to see a provider the same day in spite of being new in town. She was so calm and easy to talk to and took her time. She answered my questions and let me have input on the decisions instead of pushing me to do things. She told me what to watch for and what to do if things got worse. The lab staff and nurse were helpful and calm too. It was a more relaxed and pleasant experience than I'm used to at a doctor's office."

"20+ yrs going for an Annual Exam…was always covered 100% by my Ins. This time Avance is charging $150. Billed me twice…once for blood draw and a second time to collect my results!!?? No one picks up any calls?? Was so good when it was Preston Medical. Doctors are wonderful..but not sure what’s going on in the billing dept. Would not recommend."

I’ve never had an issue with getting call backs when needed and responding via the patient portal has always been same day.
