"I would give this place negative stars if I could. I placed an order today and asked for a vegetable roll. As I ate almost half of the roll I noticed it was a shrimp roll. I called them immediately and the lady that answers the phone had no concern of my food allergy. She said she would make a new veggie roll and have the delivery person bring it. I said I did not care about the roll any longer (couldn’t trust they would send the right thing) and expressed to her my concern of becoming sick. She called us back caring less about me, my health and said she would give me credit. I will file a report with the health department and provide them with my medical bill if I have to go to the hospital."

"Miserable on the phone. Had an attitude. Doesn't care about the customers obviously. Cancelled the Uber eats order after they were 25 minutes late and has an attitude with me on the phone. Screw you lady. You just lost a long time customer. Not that you care. Total Garbage."

"Overall bad restaurant, the food sometimes taste decent, hard broccoli, soggy rice, and this isn’t the first time. I’ve been going here for almost a year(just because it’s convenient and super close by) I can say for certain 68% of time the food is a 5/10. The cooks really need to do a better job. Customer service needs work as well."

"This place is unbelievable. Have given them too many chances. First time I went in person, ordered and paid. When the order came they said that I didn't pay them yet. What else could I do? I had no choice but to leave. Three times I ordered tofu with broccoli and got shrimp with broccoli. Recently went in and the girl was on the phone doing some food work at the same time. She gets off the phone and I say twice I'm ready to order. She continues with what she's doing and ignores me."
