"Edited Review: 2/7/24: Made a second attempt on 1/23/24 to make a purchase online. Never received order, no updates, no communications reached out to the store multiple times with no response. Having to dispute the charge in order to receive resolution. Purchased an item during Cyber Monday, although I did not received my order staff was apologetic and remorseful that my order had to be cancelled. The cancellation was made efficiently and for the inconvenience offered an nice promotional offer on a future purchase. I appreciate the accountability and the proactive attempt to rectify the situation."

"BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS. I’ve been waiting on my order to ship they provided a tracking number just to not ship my order out. I ordered my son something for the holidays and probably won’t get it by then. No one answers either numbers they have on file. No one gets back to emails. I wish I would have read the reviews fully before ordering from this company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give it zero stars I would have !!"

"Ordered many items from their website. After waiting a good amount of time the order hadn’t even shipped yet, so I go to call both the numbers they have posted on google , no answer. I emailed them no answer. I have been calling their store for the past week still no response and the order hasn’t shipped either. Starting to think these people are a scam and am on the phone with my card company disputing my charges now. BUYERS BEWARE!!"
