"Terrible customer service and horrible process of embroidery. I asked multiple times to check the design and make sure everything was centered and good to go before embroidery was started. He didn’t seem to care about the process and totally messed up my hat. Design was extremely off centered and machine seem to give up at one point. He didn’t give a refund, offer store credit, nor apologized. **Do not get embroidery done here**"
