"My first visit was a little hectic. I waited in the room for a while before doctor came in. But Holly, Emily and Dr.Sorenson's nurse Dawn was very nice. Was just on my 2nd visit 12/27, was a bit emotional with Dr. Sorenson, but he listened and we got through it. I feel he's really trying to help me, but I'm feeling a little uncomfortable at this point and don't know what it could be. Iam going through alot in my life, so I'm just gonna see how the next visit goes."

"Awful awful place. I spoke to this young girl who was so rude to me when I asked her about filling my prescriptions. She had no clue how to treat the situation. I spoke to the manager today and she was even WORSE. No decency and no respect. She mentioned I had to change my INS card to their family practice. She said my card has a doctor from Troutman on it....first of all I'm a new patient and have NO doctor yet lol who in their right mind says this stuff to people?? If you take Medicaid then you take the new patients. I already made an appointment with another practice and they had no idea what they are talking about lol and I see them tomorrow with NO problems. Stay away from this practice. I am so glad I never even went in there, the hassle and level of disrespect started even before I got a chance to be physically there. Here's the kicker, they call me today, the day of my appt and wanted to reschedule just because my card didn't say their practice....omg the level of utmost ridiculousness! Save yourself the sanity if you're a new patient, go somewhere else."
