"I purchased a tee shirt from this company thru Amazon for $9.56 and needed to return it because it wasn't what I expected. Nothing wrong with the shirt. It can be resold. However, after contacting the company to ask for a full refund, I was greeted with rudeness and a curt attitude and told to read the fine print on Amazon. I had to follow the directions to the letter or would not get anything refunded. What a nasty attitude. It was evident they were not listening. They were in a hurry to hang up. I had to ask them if they wanted to take my information. I don't think they wrote it down. I wanted a full refund but they referred me to the "fine" print on the Amazon website next to HOSIERY & MORE. Don't be fooled if you see free refunds next to their name. It is only on items bought through and shipped by Amazon. Not 3rd party vendors. The cost for the postage of $3.33 was deducted from the original charge and a credit of $6.23 was given to me today. Buyers beware. Read the fine print. This company had every right to do this. I will never purchase from a 3rd party vendor again and this is a shame because there are alot of them out there that are reputable. Just not HOSIERY & MORE. Do yourself a favor... don't buy anything from them."

"Instead of writing a nasty review I would simply like to please request the exchange I sent in over two weeks ago. This seems to be the only avenue for actually contacting customer service. I received my package within a reasonable amount of time, but upon calling and emailing I got no reply so I simply returned my items, to the address from which they came, with a note on the packaging receipt requesting a larger size. Now, over two weeks later I fear I am out my $40 and am feeling fat. Not happy. Not happy at all. Please either give me my money back or send me the size requested. Thank you."

I was most impressed with the knowledge of the staff when questioning a product, and quick response from customer service. The pricing is very reasonable, and huge verity to choose from. My orders arrived nicely packed up, and got delivered quickly as they promised. I like the idea that Hosiery & More has a operating store where I was able to reach out to a live customer service. I haven't visited their store, but very much looking forward to visit. I would very much recommend this place to others, I have had nothing but great experience."

"It took 9 days to ship my order after payment and another 9 days to receive it. I called the 888 number and after being on hold for 15 minutes each time, I was transferred to leave a message. I did this 3 days in a row and did not receive a call back. I even sent an email and got no response as well. Although the item was fine, I will never order from them again. Their customer service leaves much to be desired...I would not advise anyone to order from them...there are many other sites to use"
