"I called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago. On the phone I was told Dr. Kingsley is accepting new patients with Medicaid. This morning, I show up for my appointment and was turned away. The receptionist told me they stopped taking Medicaid patients the middle of last week. I had no control over when my appointment was made. I got the earliest day available to me. I'm just very disappointed and hurt by what transpired today."
