"R&R Pediatrics consistently stands out as the top clinic for our children's healthcare needs. We take this moment to express our profound appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Raveendra over the past 8 years. Dr. Raveendra's dedication to pediatric medicine, combined with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach, truly distinguishes him. Dr. Raveendra consistently devotes full attention to each issue, allowing ample time for parents to address concerns. His exceptional ability to communicate with children and identify the root cause for a true diagnosis has not only alleviated our concerns but also instilled confidence in the treatment. Furthermore, Dr. Raveendra's genuine concern for the well-being of our children has not gone unnoticed. His patience and attentiveness during each visit contribute to a warm and welcoming environment, creating positive and reassuring experiences for both our children and us. We also commend the dedicated staff for their professionalism in managing appointments, inquiries, and reception with efficiency. The seamless coordination of care within the practice reflects a well-rounded and patient-focused approach that we truly appreciate. In moments when navigating pediatric healthcare can be challenging, having a pediatrician like Dr. Raveendra has truly made a significant difference. His evident commitment to the health and happiness of his young patients makes us feel fortunate to have him as our pediatrician. Thank you for your exceptional care and dedication."
"Feedback If you didn’t get the records from previous doctor clinic then please inform the parents to follow up OR you should be able to follow up until you have the records required. Without previous records it’s not fair to let the children go through the duplicate immunization"
"I would not recommend this facility because they do nothing but rate your child with a chart. If your child doesn’t fall within the “normal range” with the chart, there is a problem. Nothing can ever be genetic. Ever since I started going there, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my son. He’s not gaining enough weight on breast milk, so I switched him to formula when that WASN’T in my plan for my son at all. Now he’s on formula and still not gaining enough weight for her. Now she wants me to introduce solid foods at 4 months when my son isn’t expressing interest in solid foods just yet. After my appointment with them yesterday, I went to my cousin who is a pediatrician (didn’t want the family connection to interfere with medical diagnosis and stuff, so I went elsewhere) and according to her, my son is fine for his body type. They also are VERY MUCH in your business when you miss appointments. I had a death in the family and missed an appointment because of it. They didn’t have any times that worked for my schedule when I came back, so I missed it. His doctor CONSISTENTLY asked me why I missed the appointment when quite honestly that’s not her business. Once I said I had a family issue and none of the times you had for rescheduling worked for me, that should have been it. It felt like I was getting interrogated because my uncle passed away. I was also stereotyped as a single mother during our appointment up until she asked if I was working and I told her no and my man has 2 jobs. At that point it was assumed that we didn’t live together (which I’m not even sure why any of that mattered for my son’s health). Lastly after reading through all of the google reviews, they seem to get very snappy when it comes to bad reviews and then want to put everybody’s business on front street. I am not okay with ANY of my or my son’s information being given out in a reply comment. Appointment times, reasons for appointments, length of appointments , what was discussed (even vaguely), etc. If any of that information is placed in a reply, you will be hearing from my lawyer. The only information I am okay with being put out is what I HAVE INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW ! I will be calling to switch his doctor to a doctor who understands more about African American children today when UNC opens up."
"I have been taking my kid to Dr. Ravi for close to 3 years and he is very professional. Whenever we need to make a sick appointment he usually finds time same or next day which is very convinient. The new facility is more kid friendly. Will definitely recommend"
