"We have actually gone to them for years and used to live down the street from them. Unfortunately, our experiences as their patrons, has been less than neighborly. While they do good work, as a customer you are made to feel like an inconvenience. Today I made an appointment for my mother and when she arrived she was reprimanded and described to another customer as “in the way.”"

"My experience was really good with this place. Gave them a detailed explanation of how I wanted my hair cut, which they followed to perfection. They were happy to correct the cut if things were not to my liking, which was good to see. I even received a student discount for my haircut."
