Reviews
"I saw the bad reviews and was afraid to eat at this specific spot I guess they changed their establishment. The place was really clean some guy was putting the work in for like 30 minutes. The lady serving the food wasn’t mean at all. The music was really chill. The best part is the food was delicious, I received extra sour cream."
"What kind of burrito is that for 15+ dollars?? Also paid 3$ for guacamole and got the amount on the tip of the spoon. Meat is crazy over salted Update: It was officially my last time trying with this location. Didn't put 3 toppings out of 5. 90% rice 3% meat."
"The customer service is HORRIBLE. Totally unprofessional and rude. I would like to know who put the service crew together for this site. I have tried to support a few times, hoping for a different outcome. Every time it’s always the same rude curt attitudes and behavior. There are sooooo many things that need to be addressed at this location. First off the presentation of the food is not up to par. Especially considering that this particular location hasn’t even been open six months. No matter how polite you are, whoever is serving your food will just plop the food in the container like it’s slop. There is a lot of eye rolling from the line staff that serve the food. When you are employed in the food service industry, professionalism and mannerisms are very important. The workers make you feel like you’re not paying for your food. The upkeep of this location is minimal and the beans are always dried out. The staff all have this Blaise attitude. It’s so sad that in our community we get the worst services. When someone goes out to eat, there are certain expectations. Handling someone’s food is a big deal. It should be done with care and respect. The location is small and still the cleanliness seems to be minimal. Tables and chairs need to be wiped down as frequently as they are used. As many times as I’ve walked past the location, I’ve never seen anyone wiping down the tables. The area for utensils is always a mess. I get that customers aren’t always going to be neat, however, a worker or manager should be checking periodically to make sure that common areas especially utensils and condiment area is sanitary as possible. Especially being that we just had a covid epidemic amongst other viruses and illnesses. The customer value and appreciation from this location is nonexistent. This location needs to revamped or shut down. The most ghetto Chipotle location I’ve ever been to."
"Service is okay, friendly staff. Food was fresh. I felt they charge more for burrito. I paid $12.07 for the burrito and for the same burrito I paid $11.00 in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. AND THEY NEVER HAVE HOT SAUCE, which is weird."
"This Chipotle needs to close. This sign has been up for at least a month and a half stating all the things they don't have. The first pic was taken on August 7th and the other is from today and I've seen it prior to that. How is this acceptable?"
