"I tried this salon because I wanted to treat myself on my birthday; I rarely style my hair as I have to wear it up for work, but I knew that I wanted lots of layers with long side-swept bangs. I showed reference pictures and indicated that I wanted the shortest length of my bangs to still touch my eyebrow. When Michelle cut my bangs while wet, they were all well above my eyebrow- they continued to get shorter as they dried, and even shorter when she took a straightener and curled the ends of them under. When she asked how I liked it when she finished, I told her that I was fine with the length of the rest of my hair, but my bangs were much shorter than what I was hoping for. She just said “oh, they’ll grow out quickly. Just tell me next time that you don’t want them that short”, like I hadn’t already communicated my preferences with her and that it was on me. I am pretty forgiving and recognize that hair will grow back, but I was really disappointed with her response and lack of effort to try to make it right. I’ll wear hats in the meantime and make an appointment elsewhere next time."

She even goes the extra mile and has a heated bed for when you go for the lashes.She ensures that every lash comes out perfect and I always leave loving what was done. She is also good at educating you on after care for your eyelashes. Amazing experience and I always look forward to my next appointment"
