"I was a patient of Dr. Jelley's, beginning back in the mid-eighties, when I was a child. I remember the brief period when Dr. Jelley partnered with another dentist, who lacked Dr. J's warmth and expertise. When Dr. J decided to retire, it seems he made sure that he transferred his practice to someone who would have the same warmth and care for his patients, and would apply the same outstanding level of knowledge. Dr. Ickowicz is the perfect successor to Dr. Jelley. He is extremely personable. He has so much warmth and positive energy. It is obvious that he is highly skilled and also extremely efficient. The staff that he employs are also wonderful. I also wouldn't say I hate going to the dentist, because going to this dental practice is as smooth and as comfortable as can be, even given that someone will be picking at my mouth. I never feel any pain. My teeth are well cared for. The staff know what they are doing. It's easy to schedule an appointment or reschedule. I moved out of state in late 2020 and continue to go to this dental practice because I consider myself lucky to be their patient. I highly recommend this practice. (And no, I was not paid for my review!)"

"Dr. Ickowicz is the best dentist on Long Island. If he moved the practice to Florida I would still use him and go down to Florida whenever I needed work done. You will not be disappointed."

"I was a patient of Dr. Jelley’s for many years because of his competence, relaxed friendly manner, and professionalism. When he retired his practice went to Dr. John Ickowicz and happily the same qualities continued seamlessly. Dr. John treats my wife and I as friends and his dental work has been flawless. There has never been any pain or reason for follow up corrective procedures. He listens, explains, and takes your input into consideration which is very nice and not always the norm in the medical profession. If you’re looking for a highly skilled, personable and professional dental practice look no further."

"Never received such great care from a dentist and that’s saying a lot since my husband and I are seniors and have had many dentists in our lifetime. Dr Ickowicz is caring and very professional. He listens to concerns and is responsive whether in person or on phone. His office is extremely clean and modern and his staff is friendly and efficient. Best dentist ever."
