The hygienists are great (shout out to Victoria) and the office is beautiful. I had to get a decent amount of work done. I let Dr Khalifeh know about my trepidation around it. He was patient, gentle, kind and funny. After the first moments of anxiety I had a totally pleasant experience. Thank you! I’m no longer nervous about going to the dentist!"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took EIGHT MONTHS to get an appt. I was put on the "cancelation list" Got a phone call about two weeks prior to my actual appt about a cancellation the following day. Which was today. I took the app! THIS place is 45 mins away. I left work early with an hour to make sure I'd have ENOUGH time to get there. With it being a one lane highway half the way and stuck behind a slow person I realized quickly I might be a few mins late for my 3:50 appt. I called FOR TWENTY MINUTES STRAIGHT to make them aware I was running just a few mins behind based on traffic. Now I KNOW that's not their fault or responsibility. BUT OUT OF Respect for their time I wanted to let them know I was STILL coming! Here's where it gets worse. For 20 mins straight the phone lines were busy, and I called a good ten times w a few mins in between each call. Just out of respect to let them know it's possible I could be just a few mins later then excepted, like five mins tops . I walk through the door in a complete panic apologizing up and and down that I am a couple mins late explaining I tried to call multiple times but the phone lines were busy. I GOT NOTHING but an attitude. Then she states the hygienist already left for the day and put me down as a no show,MIND YOU I WAS FOUR MINUTES LATE. Then I said okay well since I'm already here can we do x-rays and such because I have teeth that need fillings and it's becoming painful and I waited so long for the appt. She said no I would have to reschedule so I said it's was okay and I have an appt on May 11 which was my original appointment. She said no they canceled that appt when you took this one. So I drove over hour one way, called for 20 mins straight with nothing but a busy tone, got greeted with an attitude, then hygienist left and marked me as a no show without even waiting a full five mins after my appointment time to do so or giving me a call to see I wasn't about to be right there!They knew I was driving over and hour and leaving work early because I had told the lady the day prior when she called with the cancellation, then the kicker is to rebook I would have had to wait until October. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. Absolutely rude rude rude."
