"I don't have any issues with the providers at this office, they are great. My family and I have been going there for years. However, over the years the staff up front in reception has changed. Now they have been extremely rude on the phone when you are trying to schedule a appointment. There is one lady in particular(I do not know her name), who does not appear how to know do her job and honestly just seems very uninterested people in general. I had one incident where my parents need to be seen before the end of the year for a annual physical(or else their company was going to charge them and additional $50 per month for both of them) and their doctor got sick. The office(that lady) made no initial attempts to try to resolve the issue, and basically today us we were out of luck. Yes, I understand anyone can get sick at any time but the fact that there was no procedure in place when this happens. On top of that they had already reschedule my parent's initial scheduled appt in November to the very last week of December. I work in healthcare too and I do not like to yell at people but this receptist just kept telling me there was nothing she could do, she didn't even offer to speak to anyone higher until I started yelling at her. Its not hard to to ask your manager or super visizer, at least I know you tried to get this resolved. But honestly, that women seems so uninterested in helping anyone. Thankfully they were able to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner."
