"January 27th- Count ya days. I’m Never ordering from this location again. I order from the chipotle app and it was $18. On Uber eats it was $25. NOW if I had ordered from Uber eats and paid $25 for this I would’ve went back up there and give it to them back. All I got was rice, beans , corn and chicken. You can add a little bit more damn. Smaller than my petite hands and 1/4 scoop of chicken. Just shut this whole place down."
"Order scheduled for pick up in chipotlane at 6:20pm - received order at 7:15pm - People would look at me from the window and not give explanation until I pulled my phone and recorded the mess - Then I’m being told they were out of chicken and now got it and are working on the order - 5 min later they come to me and tell me they are out of corn… 5 min later I receive my order missing the juices - Had to ask for them just to be told they were on a recall. Got home to realize that the 2 kids menu didn’t have chicken and they replaced the taco wraps by burrito wrap - this location is a fiasco - been there many times and this was just one experience with them - never going back"
"Ordered delivery from here and this is what I got, the order is completely wrong. The sides are missing from the quesadilla and the bowl is missing more than half the items requested. Never ordering from here again. Everything looks inedible."
"This place is very bad service. Manger is saying close at 8:30 pm she was rudest person as I see. As a restaurant business owner I am suggesting to save chipotle chains business food and service reputation and good well please change the lady manager from this business.I ordered one veggie bowl my loving bowl after eat asked for use washroom one young lady was rude and saying we are pre close 8:30pm ."
"Come here second time. I know about Chipotle only few months ago and try this food maybe third time, if we check Manhattan Chipotle and This place Manhattan more clean, but food more tasty here, I don't know why. My experience in this Chipotle is very good. What to say my pleasure to guy with tattoo "Felix" he doing his job very fast!"
