"It won’t let me leave 0 stars. In 28 years of being a Mom, 3 kids, 7 states, and many pediatricians, Dr.Zuzo is by far THE WORST HUMAN, let alone Dr. I’ve come across. One of the Dr’s in her office told us a month ago my son had high WBC which could be nothing or leukemia. After losing my cool for the lack of response and support for a referral, Dr. Zuzo finally called me to say she spoke to a local cancer Dr and they didn’t think from what they saw in the blood work I brought from a specialist that my son’s case was urgent. So I’ve been waiting for 2 months for an appt with a hematology oncologist. Now we’re moving to Florida and they again sent the medical records to a Florida provider. However, their wait is 4 months. So I called back and just asked if we complete a medical release form if the records can be sent to me so I can find the Dr. The Drs I called will not make an appt without seeing these records. Because she already authorized sending the medical records once, Dr.Zuzo refuses to allow her office staff to process the records request so we can pick them up before we are gone on Friday. She can authorize it but instead she refused and is sending me to the medical records Dept. She said I have to go through the medical records process that can take up to 30 days. I can’t even get an appt without those records. So as my son’s nose bleeds get worse and and time being of the essence, my son could have cancer and she could care less. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Nobody cares, nobody has empathy, and they will let your child just get sicker to avoid printing out 3 months of records. Disgusting at best, malpractice and unconscionable at worst. Run from this office and Dr.Zuzo for anything more than the common cold."
