"Multiple times with my infant I was left in the waiting room for one hour at a time. My appointment was for 10:20 am it is now 11:40 and the doctor is walking in for the first time. Always some excuse but never any consideration for ones time. They said they had an available appointment approx. one hour after I called so they should have known before scheduling me that they were running behind but again I’m left with my impatient one year old for one hour in the waiting room while many others have came and gone. I am removing my child from this office after this visit, enough is enough. The amount of money made in this business, you could at least be sort of on time, I spent 2 hours in the doctors office today for things I could’ve been out in half an hour for. I usually deal with it because I adore our primary doctor and appreciate all the staff, however the unreasonable occurrence today with scheduling was the last straw. If you have time to waste this is an excellent office but I don’t. I understand inconveniences and set backs can occur but this is not the 1st, 2nd, nor 3rd time we’ve been left to wait like we never signed in that being said, I would highly recommend the scheduling staff inform their patients of prolonged waiting times instead of this disrespect; leaving them with no insight to what time the appointment they scheduled will be with anxious and ill child/ren."

"Tried to place an appointment for my niece nephew and little brother because daycare has been having positive tests for Covid and they needed negative tests in order to return so asked to schedule and appointment so they can get tested since they’ve been sick and they told me they don’t do tests unless a doctor refers it or unless they feel like the children need a test. I am beyond mad how are you going to tell me what my child may or may not need when I’m the one with them all day everyday and you only see them for 5-10 minutes at a time. So much for a pediatric facility that’s suppose to be wanting to help children I will not be bringing my children here anymore due to incompetence of this facility and thinking that they know what my child needs when you wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for a test for something that’s breaking out again!"

"The Dr's and nurses are nice. But the front desk staff is always so rude. They keep calling the wrong number for my appt reminders and I've asked several times to fix it. They get very impatient with any kind of request or question. They prematurely hang up on you; never say have a nice day or anything. Very, very unprofessional for a Dr's office."

"I've had wonderful encounters with most of the doctors there. Leslie was and Christine are great! Every nurse that My baby and I have had seemed very pleasant and personable... except the pregnant, African American one with braids that I had today. She didn't really greet us, she seemed like she was over working... she didn't have a kid friendly personality, she just didn't seem like nursing for a pediatric facility was her calling, maybe the county morgue? I had to ask her if she felt like being there today, because her personality was that dry. If I had not met her I would've rated the facility better, but for the practices sake I hope they pack her up and send her on maternity leave sooner than later."
