"Had rotator cup surgery last July. Afterwards I had to go through rehab which I was dreading after everyone told me how horrible it is. I started July 11 twice a week and continued until November 11th never missing a session. One of the easiest things I've ever done. Carol and Shelby were amazing in getting me through my rehab. Loved em both. Pain from the gitgo was very minimal and I owe it to them.
