"Horrible experience. I had my car in the shop for over a month. Was supposed to get my drivers mirror and drivers side door fixed after it was hit parked. I rarely got any updates and when I tried to call/message I would hardly get a response. I finally got my car back with a taped up mirror and no work done on the drivers door. Apparently the door was on back order because it was a special door for a Kia Optima (LOL). So basically I got robbed out of $1,400 and Rochelle won’t reply. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP, THEY ARE THIEVES."
