"I had my first appointment today here and after not seeing a primary care doctor for a long time I was really nervous, but rest assured Matthew was wonderful when it came to listening to my concerns and issues I was having and is determined on getting me the help I need. The desk attendants are also very kind. Thank you guys."

"So the other reviews mention Dr. Rice. She is no longer here. The practice has new people and they are THE BEST around. My husband and I see Matt Zeuschner and he is so personable and easy to talk to. He actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and works to find solutions. My husband sees him as well as the McLeod Heart docs. The women at the front desk and the nurse there are all very friendly as well. We never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes when we arrive for our appointments. You don't feel as if you're being rushed through the system like cattle. We used to go to another place in the area and believe me...the difference is day and night. They have an online portal that's easy to navigate and appointments are readily available. (At least for the now) Doctor Saddati has excellent reviews also but I have not seen her as of yet. If you are new to the area, save yourself the hassle of the "other" healthcare organization in the area and go here. You will not be sorry."

"Dr. Rice couldn't fill a prescription if her job her depended on it, which unfortunately, it doesn't seem to. Oh maybe it's because you haven't had an appointment recently. Nope, that's not it. I saw her for appointments in December 2019 and January 2020 and still had to call every day for a week to try to get her to refill my prescription beginning in February. Every month for almost a year, it takes me calling every day for almost a week to get a refill. This month, I called my pharmacist for a refill on Tuesday, called her office on Wednesday to make sure they had it (which they did), and then again on Thursday when it hadn't yet been refilled. On Friday, the very nice girl at the desk was very understanding but informed me that Dr. Rice had left an hour early since she didn't have any more patients for the day. Apparently face to face appointments are the only part of her job that she cares about. She assured me that she works from home though and promised she would have my prescription refilled that day. Here we are, Saturday, and no refill. Walk into any pharmacy in the area and have this conversation with your pharmacist and I guarantee at least 2 other former patients of Dr. Rice's are standing in line behind you, have had this same problem, and have left because of it. Two different pharmacies have admitted that she is the worst doctor they've ever dealt with. My whole family sees her, but not for much longer. My dad has accepted this as the new norm and just plans to be on the phone with her office every day. If you don't need prescriptions, she's probably great if you enjoy someone who seems nice until she starts being condescending because she knows your body better than you, even though she's known you for less than a year. I've had to wait for a new patient appointment for another office, but thankfully it's in a few weeks now. Unfortunately, Dr. Rice has to sign a transfer of patient form. Will that ever happen? Let's hope so!"

"Dr. Rice is a fantastic, caring, & knowledgeable provider. Considering the fast pace & timed patient allotment spaces these medical corporations place on providers, she still gives her patients as much as her time as she can. She is very efficient, the office is spacious & clean, and the staff is wonderful as well. Keep up the great work!"
