"I’ve been a patient here for going on 3 yrs. The ladies in this office are very kind and care about their patients. Theresa Long is my FNP-C and she is due all praise. I have very bad arthritis and have been injured in a bad fall and car accidents. It’s been my experience as this business has grown much larger that with any operating business sometimes things can get fouled up but that hasn’t stopped me from feeling welcomed and comfortable with the staff by any means. Kudos to this group of people who other people first and help others with their ailments and pain. Thank you for always helping me along the way and allowing me to be a father to my 10yr old son. Godbless ladies and I would give 10 stars if I could."

"I was sent here by my pcp im disabled and on a limited income. I have avoided being put on this medication since 2016 it has become necessary now in 2024. My first visit I was taken off all my medication and put on a film I was told it was not a narcotic nor addictive It took the Nurse practitioner almost three weeks to call in my prescription that was a narcotic and very addictive but I tried it anyway. Next visit it was increased. Now I have two strengthens to bring into be counted. No new script called in when my supply was finished then at my final visit the blond at the front desk insisted I pay a $30 copay my copay went down to $15 dollars January first I offered my phone so she could verify my insurance that should have been done before my visit she went to the office Manager who treated me like a drug addict and threatened me with the police again leaving me with no medication to ween down on The pharmacist tried to reach out to the nurse Theresa Long and he was ignored also. This is not run by Doctors. It is nurses who have licenses in Hormone imbalance or Botox or the Nurse Practitioner who does not look out for the patients wellbeing."

"While Theresa is a fine pain management practitioner, her support staff is ignorant. Her office screwed up the same medication to be filled at Walmart 3 timed. Two actual trips from calabash to shallotte only to be informed that Coastal Comprehensive had not sent a script. The third time I called before going, and then again informed me of Coastal’s blatant failure. I got upset; Theresa then fired me as a patient. Shame on the idiot that made the same mistake 3 times, and more so Theresa for not holding her staff accountable."

"Brittany Britt and her wonderful team has changed my life! They are always so kind and non judgemental, and took the time to listen to me and get me the help I needed. Doctor visits can be scary but I feel very comfortable with the ladies that have taken care of me here. I am very grateful to have found this facility. Thank you again ladies! I appreciate you!!"

"They don’t like returning phone calls, reaching an actual human being when you call is like trying to get a bill passed through congress, they completely ignore any and all requests/phone calls from pharmacies (particularly refill requests) and on their voicemail they claim to “strive to return calls with 24 hours time” but as a patient of roughly 3 years they’ve returned precisely all of TWO of my phone calls. Since both Rena and Dr Tiffany left the quality of care has severely declined, the clinic as whole has as well. The one and only employee that seems to care about AND wants to genuinely help patients is Heather. It’s beyond sad that they claim to be health care professionals but act, say and do things that a TRUE health care professional would never do."
