"Do not go here at any cost. The worst office you can imagine. They said they lost my s/o files when she said she wanted to get her braces off after having them for 5 years. It's been half a year they still haven't even attempted to get in touch with whom they said they would. They simply keep you to take your money. Horrible."

"I saw the reviews of this place, but chose to ignore because the location is very convenient—boy, what a horrible mistake that was. The receptionists were the most unprofessional staff you can expect at a dental office. They were not rude to me, but very much so to each other and they were loud and argued. One receptionist got cursed out by a parent for her negative interaction with her. I waited two hours past my original appointment time until I got hungry and got some Nathan’s. They called my name while I was there and I came back two minutes later only to be told I would have to wait thirty more minutes because I left. When I finally was seen, the dentist didn’t even do anything for me. Not a cleaning, not anything. Just took some x-rays and let me go. I went there because they were the closest office that accepted UFT dental coverage, but they couldn’t even verify that and I ended up using medicaid to cover the visit. Go anywhere else."

"Receptionist and front desk not friendly at all. The woman taking x-rays of my son was nasty. But the dentist was nice. Overall its not a good place."

"The service at this dental office is horrible. My son who is blind and suffers from PTSD was treated very bad. I spoke with the Office Manager Emily over the phone who was very nasty and refused to assist. When I asked for her last name to report the issue she became upset and hung the phone up. I advised anyone to seek another dentist. There is no care or Professionalism at this office."
