"Great customer service ! Owner was more than accommodating and willing to negotiate. He was informative and seemed to offer helpful advice , not just trying to make a sale. Definitely would do business again. **Store hours note: retail store open Thursday 10 - 5 , Friday 10 - 5 , and Saturday 10 - 4 . Hours on other days are for online/auction pickups . Even though I went on a non retail day I was able to inquire and even purchase the kick scooter I was looking for. Smooth and easy transaction . Highly recommended !"

"Bad at updating website and got rip off then got a email lying about what happen. Don’t buy anything from the auction because it’s usually cheaper in the store or on the bad website that’s poorly updated. I feel if the store was up front with me instead of lying about what happened. I can’t trust a place that lies to it’s customers. Now 1 star for the lame response. Have a nice day and learn better customer service at your junk store. Can’t trust a place that lies. And can’t trust or support a owner that attacks somebody for a review I wish I can give the place a negative star"

"EDIT: (can't delete the review so editing) They did end up returning my messages and taking the return for us which we really appreciated. BUYER BEWARE! We bought a power wheels from here that does not work. We got it home charged it for a few hours and let my son ride it out of the garage and into the backyard. It completely dies out after less than a minute riding. He couldn't even make it to the backyard with it. I messaged them right away and told them the battery is not holding a charge and asked what their return policy is. It showed they read the message. No response. Charged it overnight and tried again the next morning. Same thing. So I messaged again and they respond saying it sounds like the battery needs to be replaced and they would be happy to try that first. They asked to send pictures or bring the battery down. I sent pictures of the battery and told them if they need better pictures or the actual battery to let me know. They read the message and no response. Messaged them 2 days later asking if there was any luck with the new battery and told them if not we can just bring it back. They read the message. No response. Messaged them again the following morning and again it showed they read it and no response. We are now stuck with a broken toy for my sons birthday."

"Very nice and clean, well lit, with a wide variety of all new items. I left there with pudding & fruit cups, Chef Boy are dee, and saw lamps, really fashionable clothes, shoes, purses, even dishware. Nice!"
