"The waiting area is cramped and there are no kids toys (this is a pediatricians office right?). On our first visit the technicians did not introduce themselves or look me in the eye. On our second visit, after waiting an hour, I asked the front desk how long we could expect and were told there had been an emergency and it would be at least another hour....in a professional setting the patients should be updated when this information comes available."
