"I LOVE Dr. Travis Ross! I have been a patient of his for some years now, I believe at least 7 if not more. Dr. Ross is very attentive and knowledgeable in his craft. Everyone is very welcoming and polite, the front desk staff to the nurses, HR and even the phlebotomist! I relocated and still travel over an hour to remain in his care. In this day and age it is hard to get good care but not at Elite Care, you get it all here with Dr. Ross."

"Arrived at my appointment right on time, should have arrived 10 minutes prior or so because naturally there is about 10 minutes of paper work to fill out depending on how fast you write (new patient). I was seen about 5 minutes after turning in my paperwork, 3 other people were also in the waiting room. I was taken care of right away and the staff was very polite. Total time = 1 hour. The waiting room was very clean and so were the rooms. I have been to other urgent care facilities and chose this one based on its rating. I do recommend this place since it was fast, the staff were very nice and concerned as can be with my issues. I took a picture while waiting in the waiting room, does not do much though. :-)"
