"Will never go to (West End) Seven Lakes location again. Lady at the front desk on the right side was rude. I almost walked out. We have been to this location before due to availability. My experience before was always good. I’m very disappointed. We normally go to the Southern Pines location. Next time I will stick to Southern Pines location. I will never take my daughter back there again. Didn’t like the vibes. Nurse was super nice. Wish I knew her name. Please get more pleasant staff that actually like their job not someone who having a bad morning and want to be rude for absolutely no reason."

"Went for the first appointment for our newborn. We sat around for over an hour. Never saw a doctor. Never heard from a doctor. Not even sure we smelled a doctor. Front desk lady was nice enough, but if you’re expecting to have your child seen for care and not just looking for somewhere to sit for an extended period of time, go somewhere else."
