"Requested passion twists and it did not come out as the video I sent. It took 6-7 hours to finish what I could’ve done in 2 max. What I wanted vs what I got and, had to take out as soon as I got back overseas. This was 2 days and yes I wore bonnet to bed to keep it as intact as I could. Waste of money and time. Words can’t express how upset I was. Fa was really nice, patient, and sweet but the service I received makes me think she’s super new with doing hair. I knew something wasn’t right when she didn’t start off with parting my hair and she would comb my hair closer to the root instead of ends. I barely wanted to pay because it was so terrible!!!!! Wish I took more photos but it’s embarrassing how I left looking"
