"Victoria is AMAZING! My lashes always last me 2+ weeks!! I’m always in at my two week mark but I can definitely and happily make it to a month (as an artist also don’t recommend! lol but I can) her time management is top tier and she always has a smile for me upon arrival. Her space is clean and organized, I honestly couldn’t ask for a better lash artist. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and I’ve never had an issues with any changes, accommodations, etc she eagerly makes it happen! Definitely a 10/10 and I don’t say that often! She is worth every penny!"

"I’ve never written a poor review in my life, and don’t feel great writing this one, but had to. Victoria is extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She missed a section of lashes and I left with a significant gap. I sent a photo from the very next day asking if I could pop in to fix it. She wanted to charge $50 so said I'd wait until my scheduled two week fill, NOT a huge deal, gave her no grief about this. Not even 2 weeks later, the day before my appointment, she asked for a second photo (clearly looking for an issue) so she could tell me I needed either a 3 week fill or a new set. I said I was fine with a 2 week fill (I don’t like them super loaded and unnatural looking). She went off and canceled my appointment. She doesn’t take accountability and hides behind her “policies”. She claimed my lashes had less than 50%, when they had at least 70% from when I left my last session. Any lash loss I had was immediately after I left, from lashes that weren’t attached to my own, because they weren’t applied well. I never broke a single “policy”, and even got a new set, only a couple sessions prior, when she told me I had too much lash loss after Covid. She price gauges and thinks she’s the Gordon Ramsey of lashes. Save yourself the drama."
