"worst salon experience i’ve ever had. When I left my hair was more damaged than when I came in and looked nothing like what I asked for. And when I spoke to the stylist about being unhappy with the hair color, she told me “color looks different to everybody And that I was just in shock to the change”. They bleached my hair to the point that hair was falling off / breaking off ( they brushed it while it was wet as well). There was no offer of refund or to make sure they fixed my hair soon. the haircut I received was not bad just the balayage."
