"Rush job. After my fourth correction, the nail tech called over the manager in fake confusion to imply I was being unreasonable. I found a fifth untrimmed nail which she addressed, but she was clearly done with my isht — Abruptly turning off the light so I couldn’t see further, she marched to the register to await her $25 payment. This might not be the best job for the impatient and defensive. Maybe the employee was a new worker, maybe not so experienced, but when a customer points out missed spots, laughing at them, claiming they are unreasonable, and switching off a light they are using to examine their nails isn’t professional. Assess for yourself. Here are my nails after their service (and after the five corrections in trimming nails and skin I managed to get them to do). They would have looked worse if I hadn’t pushed them to do better. Photos taken in parking lot after service."

She helps with ingrown toe nails and is very detail oriented so my nails always look great when I leave. I also get the dip powder regularly and my nails love it. Flexible scheduling is also great! "IF YOU don’t want chipped nails , AVOID THIS PLACE. Did a rush job on my nails, they’re severely understaffed. I asked for them to fix it and it took literally 20+ minutes for someone to just fix TWO nails. I’m never coming here again."

I’m not always good at being girly, and was overwhelmed by picking out a color, so she narrowed my choices down to a few pretty spring season options. Now I feel delicate and feminine like a spring flower. The salon is really clean and decorated beautifully. While I’m stationed here in Rochester, I won’t go anywhere else for my nails."
