"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this doctor! Our pediatrician was not in the day that my one year old needed to be seen, so we had to see Dr Bridgeman. During the appointment she recommended that my son have testing done and I declined, she then stated “well it’s the responsible thing to do, so I’ll send my nurse in to do the test” I let her know that again, I decline. So she then states that if I DONT do the testing she would have to send over a note stating he isn’t allowed back to daycare to the daycare- which is in fact a hipaa violation to send this without my consent. In front of my two children she belittled me, made me feel pressured to do what she recommended OR ELSE - even though I expressed multiple times I didn’t want to and WHY, she made it seem as if our pediatrician didn’t know what he was talking about because “he’s been in practice one year and she’s been in practice 25” etc. I tried to get her to stop arguing with me and leave the room multiple times and she kept trying to argue until I had to look at her and say “this conversation is over, please leave the room” Myself and my children were made to feel very uncomfortable. I would avoid seeing this doctor at all costs."
