"I’ve had decent skate sharpenings here in the past, but the owners tend to be rude and condescending. When I asked for a sharpening, I was told it would take over an hour because there was no ice in Potsdam. I had known this, I was planning on going to a place where I knew there was some. I was treated as if I was naive. The only thing keeping me coming here is the fact that it’s one of few skate sharpening businesses around. Here’s a word of advice: If you want more business, kindness goes a long way."
