"You totally need to try this new nail salon!! Truly, state of the art! Unbelievably friendly and very accommodating staff! They gave me a thorough, calf and foot massage during my pedicure; unlike the many other salons I’ve been to in the area! Their massage chairs actually work and fell amazing. I almost went to sleep! They really want your business and will work hard to please you; although it seems to come quite naturally! My nails are beautiful and they offer so many colors and variety of services! "It was a pretty simple and fairly priced ($25) gel manicure that me, my sister and mom all got. It wasn’t the most thorough cuticle care type of manicure, but that could have been attributed to the time of day though and/or how many people they had to get through. The coats were also thin but they had a cool new way of removing the old gel that didn’t do any damage to my natural nail, so that was a fair trade in my eyes. My biggest and only true complaint however wasn’t even the quality of the manicure, but how the owners presence negatively affected the atmosphere of the nail salon when he entered the lobby and hovered. About 3/4 of our way through our manicures the owner arrived in a loud way, making his presence known with intensifying the lights in the room and trying to make conversation about the television shows on tv with everyone while sitting behind us in the pedicure massage chair watching. I chalk it up to poor, unpleasant salon etiquette on his end. The salon was so pleasant and relaxing beforehand with just the manager and other technician so it was a shame it left a weird taste in our mouths by the end of it."
