"If you’re searching for a new salon/haircutter, stop looking now and just call Karen to make an appointment. You don’t have to look any further, she is the best. I’ve been particular about where I get my hair cut for a while and had been driving 35 minutes across WNY to have it done for some time now (simply because I trusted the person who did it and was nervous to try a new place). I cannot tell you how happy I am that I branched out to try Karen ;. My hair looks great, she gave me some pointers for styling, and she also gave me some of the best conversation I’ve had in a while. Thanks for everything, I am hoping to be back in soon!"

"Very disappointed. Bought a Groupon and went with my mom. Karen suggested that before doing highlights I should color my roots. This is not something I’ve ever done before, but I naively trusted her suggestion. My roots are now orange, and I’ve been going to my usual salon to try to fix what’s been done. My usual hairdresser says this will be very difficult to remove, and I still have orange in my hair after 2 treatments done by him. My hairdresser says the color will be a persistent problem until my hair grows out entirely. I went to this salon with my mom as well, and her cut was extremely uneven. Wasted a lot of money going here, and then the money I am now spending to fix what was done. Go to a place you know instead of spending on Groupon."

"I went to this salon because I am new to the area and it had great reviews. I asked Karen to cut off a few inches and add long layers. This is what I got, no layers and about an inch difference on each side of my hair with chunks that are longer than others and its cut like a box. Worst haircut I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also it is very dirty and cluttered."

"Today I brought my teen daughter in to get her hair recolored before prom next week. Karen was AMAZING. She didn't just color her hair properly, but she explained why my daughter, who is half Korean, but has full Korean hair, needs a different kind of product to maintain a style in her hair. She showed her how she could style it for prom that would be gorgeous. We had already made an appointment for her to do the prom updo, but now we are SO Excited to see what Karen does for her updo. We both learned a TON about what she's done in the past, how the differences in hair types. A truly phenomenal experience. I've already made an appointment for her to help me with my own hair."
