"I was hoping to like this place because of the great reviews and a referral but I was disappointed. I had a basic pedicure w/gel color and it was not the best..and went back for a gel-x fill-in because I was really hoping it would be different. The tech cut my cuticles so badly that I had multiple cuts around the cuticles on almost every finger. Giving this place a three star because the salon manager was friendly and wasn't rude and tried to make things right by giving me a five dollar discount..It didn't work out for me....and will not be going back."

"Needed to visit on a major holiday. Staff is courteous, professional, and pleasant, but not enough for services rendered. I sat with a man who electrically filed 2/10 nails and made me bleed. He was a bit harsh on the cuticle cutting as well, and I verbalized an 'ow.' Now that I'm home, I can see he buffed too much, and I see the remnants which are white scratches on red dip powder. Suffice to say, I will try my absolute best not to visit again."

"Be One Nails & Spa is wonderful! The salon is very clean. Everyone is kind and they all do a great job. Jess is the owner and she’s very caring and wants to make everyone happy. I love Michelle for my UV gel nails. She does a great job and will replicate any design with ease. Daniel is great also with the back massages. Very relaxing spa. Definitely recommend for a relaxing time."
