"I have been to this place a couple of times earlier for my hair color and hair cut so I booked an appointment today for my hair color (highlights long), hair cut and blow dry! There’s this lady named Bobbie told me to go to the other salon in the next street ‘la vibe’ stating she herself goes to that salon and Supercuts charges more like 350$ and the color they use in Supercuts is not good so she prefers the other salon and told me she couldn’t do the hair color to me ! I booked an appointment to get my hair done in Supercuts why the hell did she suggest me go to the other salon where it is less price? She was talking like a racist but in a good way ! I felt really bad ! This is the worst experience I ever had !"

"They lady working there does not understand english and also dont know how to cut the hair. I clearly told i want fading and she brished the number three maching all the way to the top and then just cut half inch of top hair saying this is how they do. When I showed her how the fading look she shamelessly said barbers do that and they don't as they are a saloon . Even though she knows she made a mistake she shamelessly charged me full amount. Don't go here unless you want to eff up your hair"
