"I had my curly hair cut here by Rachel C. and she did an absolute amazing job. I don’t say that lightly. I have had about 14 different people cut my hair in the last 7 years and most of those cuts were terrible or decent, but the stylist stopped working there or whatever. My hair is a mixture of 2c-3b curls and difficult to deal with. Rachel cut my hair beautifully and was a refreshing pleasure to deal with! All of the employees were outgoing and kind! I will be back in about 6 weeks or so when I’m due for a trim and will be making an appointment with Rachel this week!! Thank you to everyone for the wonderful customer service experience, it means everything nowadays!"

"I came in for a haircut for my 5 years old daughter ,thinking that they are professional! It seemed that they are the worst! The lady on the front desk was very rude , not welcoming at all! The hairstylist was nice but she cut the hair way shorter than I asked for I asked the lady on the front desk for a bag to keep my daughter hair in after cutting it and she was rude enough to walk on me while talking to her and never brought a bag! Not a friendly staff! Rude and not welcoming! NOT RECOMMENDED!"
