"We have no access to them through the phone, they have messed up their phone tree where no matter what selection we use it doesn't register, but on my daughters iPhone it goes right through. This is totally unacceptable, and I'm sorry I love my droid and will never ever get an iPhone just to get through to these folks about a referral they were supposed to contact us about months ago. Northern Health systems are bottom tier at best."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had to witness a couple have with a newborn! a couple that I know has a new baby and lives in Va. the baby had an appointment scheduled at this office and missed the appointment due to car trouble. They made the baby an appointment with a different provider for later this week that is closer to home since they’re not able to make a almost 2 hour long commute to their office with a broke down car and these rude, unprofessional, self entitled people threaten to report them to CPS if they don’t make it to their office today. First of all, they don’t like you all and don’t want you to be their pediatrician. Second, it’s none of your business whom they choose to be the pediatrician, and you should be ashamed of yourself for threatening them with CPS for matters that are outside of their control. Lastly, I just love when ignorant individuals attempt to use CPS as a means to coerce parents into believing that they have to do something or using them as a means to threaten a parent. CPS cannot do anything without a court order and tend to be just as ignorant as the staff at this office attempting to assert authority that they do not have. Don’t take your child here!! I wouldn’t trust these people with my dog! You all better thank God that it wasn’t my child!"

"I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Dr. Daniels is wonderful, we love her, but, the rest of the place isn't good. We waited an hour for a 5 minute med check appointment. That is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so sick and tired of my time being wasted. This place is so unorganized. Going to start taking my child elsewhere!"

"Doctors are very proactive when ensuring all needs are met for the child. Each and every doctor we have seen pays full attention to the young patient, does not rush and explains everything thoroughly. They actively engage in the care and well-being plan for my tiny human. It's worth the 45 minute drive for us."

"After spending over $300 to change flights and extra expenses since I live out of state to meet with my sons counselor, I was told she can’t tel me anything. A few months later I call to get an update on my sons counseling and the Ms Spencer insisted I make another useless appointment. Talking to the secretary she told me she would write down, I refused to make an appointment for my child THREE TIMES. Even after telling her I live in Texas, she repeated herself for a 4th time, “I will notate you refuse to make an in person visit for your child. This place is a disaster. I would not recommend you to send your children to these awful, and disrespectful people."
