"My 6 year old son is autistic and has been going to the dentist since he was 18 months old. We were referred to Dr. Amy from his former practice due to some issues he was having a few months ago and nobody in their office being able to do anything for him due to his fear and anxiety. From the moment he met her he loved her. He has saw her twice now and I’ve left in happy tears both times. She is so unbelievably wonderful with him, answering all my questions and concerns and following his lead to see what he can handle. We are so blessed to have been referred to her and are switching our younger son as well. The entire practice is wonderful and thoughtful. Before ending, I have to say that there are very few specialists/doctors we have been to with our son that make us as parents feel comfortable and relaxed and as parents to a special needs child, that means more than you could ever imagine and anyone in our shoes understands the value in that. They were able to get all three of my children finished and out the door within 40 minutes. It was my 18 month old’s first visit.
