"Waited over 10 minutes for a pick up order that was flagged as ready on the app. No person on inside cash register, when I asked an employee that was sitting in the dining room, presumably the cashier, if I could have my food, I was ignored. Keep in mind the restaurant was fairly dead and I was the only inside customer. Ridiculous lack of service."

"The high stars is because I'm rating this for what it is - fast food. I can name many places that serves better Mexican food, but they aren't fast and don't have drive thru service. I get food 2 or 3 times a month and the order is always accurate, the food is decent and the service polite and fast. Also this is the only Taco Bell I've been to where my hard shell tacos weren't falling apart when I unwrapped them."
"I honestly don’t even know where to start I was overcharged 2x the amount for the nacho bell grande I wasn’t given my 3 sides of nacho cheese I ordered on the side my nacho bell grande had beans when I specifically told them NO BEANS I don’t know how hard it is to follow simple directions. You need better employees they don’t pay attention and they are giving edibles to other off the clock employees it’s quite annoying how you are paying for a service and it doesn’t follow up to expectations I know this isn’t a dine in restaurant but at least give your costumers what they are ordering and paying for. Hire better employees instead of garbage teens"
