"Lordy, today was def a disappointment. I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and a Doritos locos taco supreme. I was not given a fork or sauce, and my taco had no tomatoes on it. I had to eat the potatoes with my fingers IN MY NEW CAR!!! It was a whole mess. Taco Bell usually does my food right, but today was disappointing. The lady in the drive through flipped my bag out the window as if she had better things to do, and while I was asking for sauce, closed the window. Do better."

"I have been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a kid. I have never had any issues like I experience now. It seems like at least the past year or so the staff is very rude, orders are always wrong, they are never open in the morning when their hours say they should be open, and the line is SO LONG no matter how many cars are in the drive thru! I have sat in line for up to 38 minutes before and there were maybe 5 people in line. I have never gotten through quickly. There was only me and 2 other cars in line yesterday at lunch time and it took about 15 minutes for me to get through the line and get my food. I understand staff shortages…but the attitude at the speaker box and the window is ridiculous. I’d rather drive out of my way to Western Lights and get better service over there."

"The staff is rude, hang up the phone after answering and lazy, causing problems with any delivery service and not using the set policy to ensure avoiding these problems by no means should a drive thru take over 30 minutes for 2 tacos to be cold.
